The Radial Dynamics EV Power Steering Pump Kit is a unique patent pending system that provides the ultimate hydraulic power steering option for electric vehicles, offering unmatched power output and duty cycle while minimizing energy waste and extending driving range through the use of intelligent power-on-demand controls.
The high voltage electro-hydraulic pump unit and control system provides hydraulic fluid power to any traditional steering equipment including steering boxes, rack and pinions, and even full hydro orbital valves. Auxiliary hydraulic functions such as rear steer and hydraulic winches are also supported through the addition of optional electrical solenoid control valves.
*This kit includes the high voltage electro-hydraulic pump unit, steering column torque sensor, electrical controls hardware, and wiring only. Reservoirs, hydraulic control valves, filters, and other plumbing hardware sold separately.

- 4cc fixed displacement helical gear pump.
- 2.5 kW (3.4 HP) variable speed permanent magnet motor, 650VDC nominal voltage (500-800VDC operating range).
- Onboard motor controls, inverter, diagnostics, and LED status light ring.
- Discharge pressure sensor (digital pressure limiting).
- Electronics and fluid temperature monitoring.
- Integrated cooling circuit which uses returning steering fluid to cool motor and electronics.
